No. The initial form only asks for a description and company information. Do not submit confidential records, personal data from your dataset or raw files. Any sample review or transfer is agreed separately.
The structure is agreed case by case. An opportunity may involve an acquisition or a licence with defined usage rights. Submitting a profile does not transfer ownership or give Origyn a licence to the underlying data.
